How we check reviews
Who can write one
Anyone who has used the facility as a customer. Each email address can leave one review per facility. Reviews are never paid for or rewarded in any way.
Email confirmation
After sending, a link arrives at the address given. Until the link is opened the review does not exist: it is not visible and does not count towards the rating. The address is used for nothing else, is never published and is deleted once the link is used or expires; only an encrypted fingerprint remains, to prevent duplicate reviews.
Moderation
Every confirmed review is read before publication. It is rejected if it contains insults, other people's personal data, advertising or content unrelated to the facility, or if it comes from the facility's operator or a competitor. Negative reviews are not rejected for being negative.
Average rating
The average rating and the number of reviews include only reviews published here. No ratings are imported from other websites.
Reports
A facility's operator can report a review or ask for its details to be corrected through the form at the bottom of its page.
