The service
find.storage is a directory of self storage facilities, run by Davide Teodor Tamas, Via Murari 2, 37067 Valeggio sul Mincio (VR), Italy, VAT number IT04774740239. The site does not rent out space and takes no part in contracts: whoever is looking for space deals directly with the facility they choose, on its terms. Using the site is free.
Information on facilities
Information on facilities (addresses, opening hours, contacts, services, offers and prices) comes from the facilities themselves and can change. Before signing a contract, terms, prices and availability should be confirmed with the facility.
Reviews
Whoever publishes a review declares that they used the facility as a customer and are giving their own opinion, and is responsible for what they write. By sending it, they grant Davide Teodor Tamas a free, non-exclusive right to publish it on the site. The confirmation and moderation rules are set out on the page “How we check reviews”.
For facility operators
Whoever runs a facility can ask for their listing to be corrected, updated or removed through the form on the listing. Requests are reviewed and, where founded, carried out free of charge.
Content and ownership
The texts, design and the find.storage brand belong to the site's operator. Systematic copying of the content, for example with automated programs, is not allowed. Geographic data comes from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0) and maps from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL).
Liability
The operator takes care over the accuracy of the information but is not liable for inaccuracies in the sources, nor for dealings between users and facilities. Any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded remains.
Governing law
Italian law applies. Consumers may bring proceedings where they live and keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
